Bridon Industries warrants its products free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years. Product warranty shall begin upon the date of sale to the customer. Seals are specifically exempted from this warranty. In no instance is there any warranty of fitness for a particular use. Customer is responsible for determining fitness for use by conducting a prototype test of actual operating conditions. Bridon Industries cannot and does not accept responsibility of any type for any of its products that have been subjected to improper installation, improper application, negligence, tampering, abuse or which have been repaired or materially altered outside of the Bridon Industries' factory. Routine adjustments such as pressure and flow settings, within operating range, etc., does not void warranty. Bridon Industries liability under this warranty shall extend only to replacement, f.o.b. our factory, of any defective part or product determined by our inspection as not conforming to this warranty. We make no other warranties, expressed or implied, and are not responsible for any consequential damages resulting from use by any buyer or user, our liability being limited to replace the defective part.
